Sal Sorrento's Pizzeria
About This Spot
Stepping into Sal Sorrento's Pizzeria feels like settling into a familiar neighborhood nook where the hum of friendly chatter blends effortlessly with the comforting aromas of freshly baked dough and simmering sauces. It’s a relaxed spot that invites you to slow down and savor the moment — whether you’re popping in for a quick slice, meeting friends over cold drinks, or picking up a meal to enjoy at home.
The atmosphere here carries a warm, welcoming rhythm. Staff greet you with genuine smiles, creating a space that feels more like gathering around the kitchen table than just another restaurant visit. It’s clear this is a place where people come not only for food but for a sense of belonging, a simple pleasure shared season after season.
Your experience unfolds through a menu that reflects care in every bite. The pizzas — with crusts that hit the perfect balance between crisp and tender — boast thoughtfully layered flavors that stay true to classic traditions without ever feeling stale. From hearty meat-stuffed options to lighter, vegetable-forward choices, each pie offers its own kind of comfort. Meanwhile, the hearty hoagies and stromboli stand as satisfying companions to a pint from their beer selection, making the meal feel both effortless and heartfelt.
Sal Sorrento’s feels like a steady local favorite, the kind of place where time seems to pause just enough for you to enjoy what matters most: good food, laid-back atmosphere, and that quietly rooted sense of community you don’t find everywhere. Whether you’re a newcomer or a familiar face, it’s a spot that welcomes you as part of its ongoing story.

Recently moved into the area and so far, after trying 3 different places, my wife and I have discovered that Sal's has some of the best pizza... We are originally from the NYC area, so we've got plenty of pizza (tasting) experience. Sauce to cheese ratio was great, and the sauce wasn't sweet, but savory as it should be!

This place knows how to make pizza's! Picked up 4 large pizza's and it did not disappoint. Fresh, perfect crust, tasteful. Well done!

Every time I'm in the area I make sure to come here, no matter what. No matter how much time passes or who runs the place, it has stayed my favorite pizza. Never disappoints!

Always been friendly. Food is great. And never had a problem with an order. People are nice. Will return for future service.

Had a miscommunication on an Oder and they were very willing to make us happy customers. Our food was excellent and the customer service even better. Highly recommended.

Staff is always friendly and attentive! There's a big selection of soft drinks and beer and a TouchTunes juke box. Traditional pizzeria menu. No deep fryer. Quaint, clean, relaxed atmosphere. My biggest knock on the food would be that they use baked pizza dough as a hoagie roll rather than fresh bread. It's not terrible, per se, it's just not what most are expecting.
